Seriously thinking of quitting…

𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠…

Not because I hate what I am doing.
Not because I can’t handle the pressure.
But because I know that 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 than just ‘getting by.’

Ever feel like your life is like 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐱 home screen
So many options. but…
·      Scrolling and scrolling, can’t pick that one show to watch.
·      Ending up watching a show you didn’t like.
·      Hopping from one show to another without completing it.

𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐚 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐩: in real world we scroll through endless options like certifications, side hustles, job hopping, promotions hoping that something will click.

If this sounds familiar then you’re missing:

·      𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮: more like a play than daily grind.
·      𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮: not just limited to promotion and paychecks.

To fix that, often we try to upskill ourselves, chasing credentials, hoarding certificates hoping that will make the difference.

It doesn’t, because upskilling without purpose is like building a ladder to nowhere—you climb higher but never reach a meaningful destination.

𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒔 ≠ 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆

There’s a difference between chasing credentials for the sake of it or being a 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫.
Former often prioritizes external validations.
Latter focuses on intrinsic motivation, curiosity and most importantly using knowledge tosolve real problems rather than merely possessing it.
It’s like the quantity vs. quality argument.

What’s the point of accumulating wisdom when it is:
·      Not aligned to your true purpose.
·      Doesn’t translate into effective actions.
·      Doesn’t transforms both self and the world around you.

Accumulating credentials without purpose is like hoarding tools for a project you’ll never start.
